                                                      A flashy mini hosta.  Long, narrow, tapered leaves are green with bright yellow, ruffled margins in spring that turn creamy white in summer.  Leaves form a horizonal mound. Lavendar flowers in late summer.  Small pot.

                                                      Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears'
                                                      This distinctive, new small hosta is the toast of hosta collectors everywhere. Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears' is a mutation of H. 'Blue Cadet' that makes a tight 1' wide mound of small, round, blue-green leaves on a perfectly symmetrical clump. In early summer, the clumps are topped with proportionally short spikes of lavender flowers. This is a unique and fun hosta to add to any woodland garden.  Small container.

                                                      Hosta 'Candy Dish'
                                                      I love hosta with shiny green leaves of substance and ruffles to boot!  Summers/Wrede (2003). Lavender flowers late season.   Hosta 'Candy Dish' is an exciting new variety. A seedling of 'Urajiro Hachijo', it has been described as having "the perfect hosta leaf" by hosta master Bob Solberg. The heart-shaped leaves are thick in substance with a shiny dark green color and beautiful undulating margins. The petioles are purple!  Small container.

                                                      Hosta clausa [tsubomi giboshi]
                                                      Dark green, narrow, shiny leaves. Intense red-purple dots on petioles. Striking when in bloom with as many as 52 buds per scape that stay closed until they drop. Closed (clausa), purple flowers in August make a spectacular showing.  Wonderful ground cover, known to spread to 10' by rhizomatous roots.   19" tall by 45" wide to 103" or more. Size: G1
